Born and raised in Ohio, Alex’s thirst for adventure started later in life. Having not set foot on a plane for nearly a decade, he joined his cousin on a trip to Vienna and was immediately struck with wanderlust. He picked up a camera and the rest was history. In his free time he enjoys playing his instruments, writing music, cooking, cycling, weightlifting, and, of course, blogging and photography.
